Q: What spaces are available for rent at LW Venue & Studio LW?

A: We offer several versatile event spaces:


  • – Ideal for large events such as concerts, forums, and corporate gatherings, with a seating capacity of up to 450.

  • – Perfect for smaller gatherings and workshops, accommodating up to 50 guests, with a relaxed atmosphere.

  • – A spacious area suitable for receptions and social gatherings, hosting up to 150 guests.

  • – A professional space designed for high-quality recordings with 2-3 guests.

FAQs

Q: Can I rent just the Café or Lobby space?

A: Yes! Both spaces are available for separate rental. The Café Event Space is ideal for smaller gatherings, while the Lobby Event Space is perfect for larger events like receptions and banquets.

Q: Do you offer catering services?

A: We do not provide catering services directly but can recommend local caterers. Additionally, our café counter can be set up with a coffee machine and barista service as an add-on upon request.

Q: Is the Main Event Hall equipped for performances?

A: Yes, our Main Event Hall includes a professional sound system, stage lighting, and a large LED screen to create a high-impact experience for performances, concerts, and corporate gatherings.

Q: Can I host a virtual event or podcast at Studio LW?

A: Absolutely! Our Podcast Studio is equipped with a round table setup, professional sound system, and three-angle video capture, perfect for interviews, podcasts, and other virtual content creation.

Alcohol Policy

As a Christian organization, our facility maintains a strict no-alcohol policy. Guests are not permitted to bring or consume alcohol on the premises at any time.

Insurance Requirements

  • Comprehensive Liability Insurance: Proof of insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000, naming Living Water Church as an additional insured, is required for all events with an attendance of more than 200 people and/or lasting more than 4 hours. This proof must be provided no later than 5 days before the event.

Code of Conduct

LW Venues is committed to creating a safe, clean, comfortable and enjoyable environment/experience for all guests. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and a courteous staff. As such, when attending an event, guests are required to refrain from the following behaviors and to adhere to the guidelines below:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature
  • Fighting or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
  • or abusive language or obscene gestures
  • Interference with the progress of the event 
  • Failing to follow instructions of facility personnel or management
  • Verbal or abusive harassment of fans or artists
  • Standing on chairs/seats or blocking the aisles
  • Disturbing other guests’ enjoyment of the event
  • Obscene/indecent messages or images on signs or clothing 
  • Violating any local, state, or federal laws
  • Guests engaged in any of the above actions will immediately be ejected from the premise/grounds. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way.
  • Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to the nearest Guest Services Attendant, Supervisor, or Security Staff member.
  • Guest Services, Policies and Code of Conduct are all subject to change.
  • Children: Must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Candles: Only dripless or mechanical candles are allowed with proper flooring protection.

Prohibited Items: No smoking, alcohol, or fireworks permitted on the premises.

Outdoor Cleanup: Grounds must be free of decorations and litter post-event.


Rental Fees and Deposits

  • Main Hall (Sanctuary): $2,000 (includes Green room, Facility Manager, Cleaning Fee, and Nursery; for 8 hours; $85/hour for overtime).
  • Cafe/Kitchen: $500 (general use; barista services/equipment extra).
  • Lobby (if rented without Main Hall): $1,500.
  • Conference Room: $250.
  • Toddler Room: $200.
  • Small Rooms: $125 per room.

Mandatory Deposits

  • Main Hall: $1,000 (refundable).
  • Cafe/Kitchen or Lobby: $500 (refundable). 

The deposit is refundable if there is no damage, facilities are cleaned, and conduct policies are adhered to.

Amenities Provided

  • Included Features: Up to 500 chairs, 18 round tables (seating 10 each), 34 rectangular tables, customizable floor plan, stage and green room access, PA system, mixing console, wireless microphones, backline, LED walls, lighting setup.
    *The technical crew required for AVL equipment must be hired separately.

  • Optional Add-Ons: Cameras, audio mixdown, barista services, security etc. (subject to additional fees as outlined in the Tech Rider LWC).

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Weapons: Guests are prohibited from bringing any weapons on premise/grounds. Weapons include, but are not limited to firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, pepper spray, tear gas and knives. Guests with concealed weapons permits are prohibited from bringing weapons on premise/grounds.

Additional prohibited items: The following items may not be brought into or onto the premise/grounds: Selfie Sticks, any outside food or beverages, alcoholic beverages, marijuana (legal or medical), illegal or illicit drugs, glass bottles or aluminum cans, coolers, thermos containers, bota bags or wine skins, bullhorns/whistles or noise makers, laser pointers/pens, framed backpacks, confetti, beach balls and other inflatables, skateboards or rollerblades, stools or folding chairs, water bottles or mugs, pets or animals, and cameras and recording devices determined by event.

Possession of prohibited items will result in confiscation of such item. All persons entering the premise/ground are subject to bag and purse checks, and in some cases magnetic wanding, metal detectors, and guest searches. Failure to comply will result in denied entry.
